Plus, Pacific Power’s New Homes program offers builders the opportunity to receive incentives for constructing high quality, energy-efficient single family homes. Builders may participate with the program in two ways: build an ENERGY STAR certified home and earn a $1,000 cash incentive; build a home and install one or more qualified stand alone measures, earning incentives for each measure at your discretion. Multiple homeowner benefits and builder incentives: a perfect combination to transform the Washington housing market.
