“Participating” contractors have agreed to Rocky Mountain Power’s terms for participating in the HVAC program. This includes – supplying proof of “installation certification” and agreeing to participate in a quality control process.
“Qualified” contractors have been trained to provide installation and service measures to program specifications for central air conditioning and heat pump installation, duct sealing and central air conditioning/heat pump tune ups. Qualified contractors have agreed to Rocky Mountain Power’s terms for participating in the HVAC program and agree to participate in a quality control process.
