Plus, Pacific Power's New Homes program offers builders the opportunity to receive incentives for constructing high quality, energy-efficient single family homes. Builders may participate with the program by building an electrically or gas heated home and installing equipment that meets or exceeds required efficiency levels. Qualifications
For projects completed on or after April 12, 2010
- A $1,500 incentive is available for program qualified electrically heated homes
