Kit availability:

One kit per household. Kits are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please reference the program website at https://apply.homeenergysavings.net/esk/rmp/ to determine the current status of kit availability.

Kit contents and availability are subject to tariff approval and may change with 45 days notice. Additional terms and conditions may apply. Please call us toll free at 1-800-942-0266 for current program requirements.

Rocky Mountain Power qualifying customers:

In order to receive a kit containing showerhead(s) and aerators, customers must have electrically heated water. In order to receive a kit containing two showerheads and two bathroom aerators, customer must have two or more full bathrooms.

Residential electric customers residing in the state of Idaho who purchase their electricity from Rocky Mountain Power on rate schedules 1 or 36 qualify. Landlords who own rental properties served by the company in the state of Idaho where the tenant is billed on rate schedules 1 or 36 also qualify for this program.

Residential electric customers residing in the state of Utah who purchase their electricity from Rocky Mountain Power on rate schedules 1, 2 or 3 qualify. Landlords who own rental properties served by the company in the state of Utah where the tenant is billed on rate schedules 1, 2 or 3 also qualify for this program.

Residential electric customers residing in the state of Wyoming who purchase their electricity from Rocky Mountain Power on rate schedules 2 or 18 qualify. Landlords who own rental properties served by the company in the state of Wyoming where the tenant is billed on rate schedules 2 or 18 also qualify for this program.

You can find your rate schedule on your bill, by calling toll free 1-888-221-7070 or by logging in at rockymountainpower.net. In order to qualify all products must be installed at the address where electric services are provided by Rocky Mountain Power.

Jury waiver:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each of the parties hereto waives any right it may have to a trial by jury in respect of litigation directly or indirectly arising out of, under or in connection with this offer. Each party further waives any right to consolidate any action in which jury trial has been waived with any other action in which a jury trial cannot be or has not been waived.

Offer details:

The customer hereby transfers to Rocky Mountain Power all “Environmental Attributes” attributable to the kit contents. Environmental Attributes include any and all credits, benefits, emissions reductions, offsets and allowances, howsoever entitled, resulting from the avoidance of the emission of any substance to the air, soil or water at or by PacifiCorp generating facilities through reduced generation of energy or other savings or offsets on account of the kit contents. The customer will not claim ownership of any Environmental Attributes. As long as the customer at the same time states the kit contents were made possible with funding from Rocky Mountain Power, the customer may claim that it is facilitating the production of the Environmental Attributes attributable to the kit contents.

We may also email you occasionally with updates and information about the program. Where the changes are significant, we may also choose to email all our registered users with the new policy details.

Acceptance of Terms:

I hereby certify that all information is accurate including claims of customer. I understand that the status of my order may be shared with third parties on an aggregated basis. I have read and agree to all terms and conditions by placing this order and acknowledge that Rocky Mountain Power may verify all the information provided.
