Ensure the manufactured home qualifies:
- Home must be a new, not pre-owned, manufactured home purchsed from a retailer and/or manufacturer
Requirements for ENERGY STAR certified:
- Home must meet all ENERGY STAR compliance guidelines
- Home must have recieved both the ENERGY STAR certification and Quality Assurance Provider issued label or paperwork
Requirements for a high-performance manufactured home:
- Home must meet all Northwest Energy Efficient Maunfactured Homes Program compliance guidelines
- High-performance home specifications include:
- Improved insulation
- Very high-performance windows
- High-efficiency ventilation
- Heat pump water heater
- Ductless heat pump
- ENERGY STAR refrigerator and dishwasher
- ENERGY STAR low-flow water fixtures
Requirements for an eco-rated manufactured home:
- Home must meet all Northwest Energy Efficient Maunfactured Homes Program compliance guidelines
- Eco-rated manufactured home specifications include:
- Improved insulation
- Very high-performance windows
- High-efficiency lighting
- High-efficiency ventilation
- High-efficiency water heater
- ENERGY STAR dishwasher
Additional program rules:
- New manufactured homes are only eligible to apply for one of the listed incentives above
- Incentive may not exceed the total price paid

Customer Eligibility
Residential electric customers residing in the state of Idaho who purchase their electricity from Rocky Mountain Power on rate schedules 1 or 36 qualify. Landlords who own rental properties served by the company in the state of Idaho where the tenant is billed on rate schedules 1 or 36 also qualify for this program. You can locate your rate schedule on your bill or by calling 1-888-221-7070. Incentive checks are only issued in the name of the Rocky Mountain Power accountholder.
