Customer Eligibility

Residential electric customers residing in the state of Washington who purchase their electricity from Pacific Power on rate schedules 16, 17 or 18 qualify. Landlords who own rental properties served by the company in the state of Washington where the tenant is billed on rate schedules 16, 17 or 18 also qualify for this program. You can locate your rate schedule on your bill or by calling 1-888-221-7070. Incentive checks are only issued in the name of the Pacific Power account holder.

How to Apply

Provide your customers with accurate and complete incentive application paperwork to ensure uninterrupted processing and swift incentive payment.

If the customer is applying for the incentive:

  • At time project completion, trade ally should provide customer with:
    • Completed and signed trade ally section of incentive application
    • Completed and signed technical worksheet, if applicable
    • Itemized invoice/receipt and any other required documentation
  • Walk your customer through the rest of the incentive application so they know exactly what to submit
    • Notify the customer that their home will need to be inspected before the incentive can be approved
  • Point out the customer service hotline as a resource for them, and the 90-day submittal deadline
  • In the case of the missing information, assist your customer in securing any trade ally information or documentation

If the trade ally is applying for the incentive:

  • Complete and sign the incentive application
  • Complete and sign technical worksheet, if applicable
  • Submit itemized invoice/receipt and any other required documentation
  • Read the rest of the incentive application so you know exactly what to submit
  • Note the customer service hotline and the 90-day submittal deadline
  • In the case of the missing information, please provide any missing documentation back to the program
