- Clothes washer that is recycled must be tied to the purchase of a new qualified unit by Rocky Mountain Power customers
- Retailer must show proof of recycling unique to the recycled unit
- Payment of incentive to retailer requires customer to submit Incentive Application for a new qualified clothes washer
